Having taught a wide spectrum of students (Primary to Undergraduate) with varying motivations, aptitudes and abilities in Mathematics, I am versatile in meeting the needs of each of my students. Our Team: Our Team

Daniel Sia

Principal Tutor

After teaching in a Junior College, and being rotated to two policy/research stints at MOE and MOF, I realise that teaching is my calling. I enjoy explaining concepts to students in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, and obtain much joy and satisfaction seeing them understand an idea they had difficulty grasping, or solve an intimidating problem. I'm committed to helping each of my students to improve and excel in their academic subjects, but more importantly, to develop longer-term skills and attitudes that will help them to succeed in the workplace of the future. More than just a tutor, I'm a mentor and a coach to my students. I sincerely hope that through our efforts at The Upgrade, our students will make better decisions in life.
